The route features nearly ten Grade III and Grade III+ rapids, providing a perfect mix of excitement and control. Some of the well-known rapids on this stretch include Three Blind Mice (Grade III)—named for its deceptive calm followed by three quick rapids—along with Cross Fire (III), Roller Coaster (III+), Golf Course (III+), and Club House (III). Actual Distance: 12 Km                                           Grade: III, III+ (Moderate Level). Season: Mid Sept till end of June. Rafting from Shivpuri to NIM beach- Rishikesh is called 16km by every operator in Rishikesh but in actual it is not 16km. It is around 11-12km by River and takes around 1 and half to 2 hours to complete. It features roughly seven rapids, both minor and large. Roller Coaster (III+), Golf Course (III+), and Club House are some of the good rapids we run on this stretch (III). Although there are some large waves and hydraulics, these rapids are safe to raft. The travel to the starting place takes about 30 minutes to an hour, followed by another 30 minutes for preparation, raft inflation, and safety training. We board the rafts when the safety briefing is completed. It's a two-hour river adventure with plenty of splashes and powerful hits. We complete our rafting excursion just before Laxman Jhula and then drive back to the Red Chilli Adventure office in 5 minutes. read more read less

Distance: 9 -12 Km                                                                          Grade: Moderate. Hiking to the Kunjapuri temple from Rishikesh is an amazing way to take in the scenery. Any fit person can do the 9-kilometer uphill walk one way and return to Rishikesh by car. The journey to the temple will take approximately 4-5 hours. If climbing upwards is too difficult for you, you can drive up to the temple and take a downhill stroll while still seeing the mountains and villages of the Garhwal Himalayas. It is a Hindu temple devoted to the goddess Kunjadevi, a local deity who is revered by the locals. The temple is around 30 kilometers from Rishikesh city and is easily accessible by road. Our car meet you at your hotel and drive to Raja Ji National park. It is about 20km long drive to reach Chila - gate to the Raja Ji National park and can take an hour to reach there by car. Once you reach there we get a permit for the safari in the park from the authorities. Entry into the park is not permitted after dusk. So it is best to move around within the park during the mornings and late afternoons and you never know, but you might be lucky enough to see some splendid animals. Travel a kilometer from the entrance gate to the park to an old machan, once used by hunters, but now provided as a useful place for visitors to watch for the park's various dwellers. We take you for 35km long drive in side the park which takes about 3 hours. You will be able to see elephants, massive deer herds, wild boars, lesser cats and if you are lucky you will be able to see tiger and leopards. After 3 hours ride we come out of the park and car drive you back to your hotel in Rishikesh. Trip finishes at arrival back in Rishikesh. read more read less
